Lady Captains Day
The prize winners were as follows:
Anne Hughes won the Captain's prize - 41 points
Best team was: Pam Barton, Pauline Crampin and Becky Ferguson
2nd place: Pat Harris, Val Jacobs & Doris Sissons
3rd place: Mary Sharp, Helen Davies & Fiona Purves
Best dressed: Janet Roberts, Debbie Richardson and Stephanie Uszkurat

Players were particularly pleased with the convenience of the 2 tee start which gave a really good atmosphere in the clubhouse at prize giving. One club wrote:-
'Just a note to say although our golf wasn't very good, we really enjoyed today. The course is just perfect and the meal was beautiful. I am now looking forward to August and the mixed open.
What a very good idea going off 2 tees too.
