In 1999 Ian Duncan visited local golf clubs to try to interest them in the development of websites to improve their communication to the membership. Some of the club Secretaries didn't even look up from the desk. Now there are very few golf clubs in the world that do not have some sort of website and regularly communicate to their membership using bulk emails.

Security
Each Club will have its own administration access to the system via unique user name and password all the information is secure.

Collection of Members mobile phone numbers
Most golf clubs already have a database of member's mobile phone numbers but CNB & PrimetexT can suggest tried and tested methods of gathering this information.

Loading details on to the database
The bulk loading of members mobile numbers can be dealt with by PrimetexT if preferred avoiding any extra work for the administration office.

Additional Mobile number can be added locally at any time.
